We're located on East Main Street in downtown Middletown, easily accessible from Route 211 and I-84. Free street parking is available, as well as a public parking lot behind our building.

Do I need an appointment?
Yes, we see patients by appointment only. This ensures you receive our full attention and there's minimal wait time. Call us or use the form above to schedule.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We occasionally have same-day appointments available. Please call ahead to check availability rather than walking in.
How do I prepare for my first visit?
Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete paperwork (or download forms from our New Patients page). Eat a light meal 1-2 hours before, wear comfortable clothing, and bring a list of any medications you're taking.
Do you offer free consultations?
We offer a brief phone consultation (10-15 minutes) at no charge to answer questions and determine if TCM is right for you. Full in-person consultations include treatment and are billed at our initial visit rate.
