Accepted Insurance
Policies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will be charged 50% of the treatment fee. Exceptions made for emergencies.
Package Policy
Treatment packages must be used within the specified timeframe. Packages are non-refundable but can be transferred to immediate family members. If you need to pause your package due to extended illness or travel, please speak with us.
Late Arrival
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule, and the full fee will apply.

Please complete new patient forms before your first visit (available on our website) or arrive 15 minutes early to fill them out.
